Pentru o mai bună transparenţă privind implicările financiare care se regăsesc în fiecare eveniment Junior vet, dorim să vă informăm următoarele:
- Dacă evenimentul este anulat de către organizator, taxa de participare la eveniment va fi returnată în cuantum de 100% către participant.
- Dacă participarea la orice eveniment Junior vet este anulată de către participant:
-în perioada de Early bird anunţată de către organizator, taxa de participare la eveniment va fi returnată în proporţie de către 100%, însă costul transferului bancar va fi suportat din taxa de participare, de către participant.
-în perioada de după Early bird organizată de către organizator, taxa de participare la eveniment va fi returnată în proporţie de 50%.
-cu o lună înainte de începerea evenimentului, taxa de participare la eveniment nu se returnează.

For a better transparency regarding the financial involvements found in each Junior vet event, please be aware of the following info:
- When the event is cancelled by the organiser Junior Vet Media Group, the participation fee will be refunded 100% to each participant.
- When the participant cancels his participation to any Junior vet event:
-during Early bird registration time announced by the organiser, the participation fee will be 100% refunded, but the bank transfer will be withdrawn from the participation fee.
-after Early bird registration time announced by the organiser, the participation fee will be 50% refunded but the bank transfer will be withdrawn from the participation fee.
-a month before the beginning of the event, the participation fee will not be refunded.
